Even though it is officially spring, it still feels like winter here in the District, and oh, how I wish it wasn’t! I’m getting really tired of puffer coats, freezing everywhere I go and grey skies.
I can’t help but day dream of blue skies, sunshine and beaches. This look was inspired by the latter. My lids are varying shades of blue representing the water, while the lower lash line is the brown tones of sandy beaches.
